Room Calendars

To reserve a room for a one-time event, please check the appropriate calendar and contact Jean or Kathy to reserve the time and place you choose. The calendar view settings can be adjusted using the menu bar at the top of each calendar.

The general departmental calendar of major events can be found on the News & Events section of our site.

Floor plans of William Johnston Building with Art History rooms indicated are available. Faculty may want to share the link to these plans with new students.
