Library Research Grant Awarded to FSU Doctoral Candidate

Art History PhD candidate Christopher Timm has been awarded the Library Research Grant at the Getty Research Institute. Timm will spend four weeks in the spring of 2013 at the Getty Institute working with photographs of nineteenth-century Constantinople held in the Pierre de Gigord collection. This project is part of Timm’s dissertation, The Visual Construction of “Macedonian” Dynastic Identity in Constantinople, 867–1056.
