PhD Student Contributes to New Series on Byzantine Texts

Published January 15, 2015

Art History PhD student Brad Hostetler has been invited to contribute to a new series, Byzantine Texts on Art and Aesthetics, edited by Charles Barber and Foteini Spingou of Princeton University and published by Cambridge University Press. The four-volume series will feature primary sources from late antiquity to the sixteenth century, with the intention of making medieval texts more accessible. Brad will provide traslation and commentary on a dossier of Greek epigrams on reliquaries for inclusion in vol. 3, From Alexios I Komnenos to the rise of Hesychasm (1081—ca. 1330).
