Spring 2016 Graduation Ceremonies and Celebrations

Congratulations to the many outstanding Art History undergraduate and graduate students completing their degrees this semester!  Spring 2016 Commencement for the College of Fine Arts will be held on Saturday, April 30 at 9:00 am at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center. Dr. Karen A. Bearor will be the marshal for the College of Fine Arts and Dr. Lauren Weingarden will be the faculty representative for Art History at the graduation ceremony this year.  Visit the registrar’s website for commencement information and a link to a webcast of the event.

On Wednesday, April 20 at 3:00 pm, the Art History faculty will host a reception for graduate students (both finishing and continuing) in the Art & Design Library.  This semester Brad Hostetler earns his PhD, and the following students are completing their MA degrees: Nat Coombes, Sonia Dixon, Olivia Dunham, Rachel Fesperman, Nicole Gaudier, Erin Gordon, Allyson Hitte, Alexia Lobaina, Albena Maslinkova, Johnathan Steele, Francesca Valente, Maggie Vaughn, Ying Wang, and Emily Claire Worthey.

We are proud of our students at every level, and look forward to hearing great things from them in the future!
