We are excited to welcome and introduce the new Academic Program Specialist for Art History, Emily Johnson. Emily may be familiar to Art History majors; she previously worked in the College of Fine Arts advising group as an advisor for undergraduate students in Art History, Studio Art, and Interior Architecture and Design.
Emily received a BA in Natural Resource Management from the University of Tennessee at Martin. After graduation, Emily worked at the Nashville Zoo as a member of the education animal show staff and on the primate team. A move to the Tallahassee area in 2016 lead to the opportunity to work in Advising First at Florida State University. Emily is also a current graduate student in FSU’s Master of Public Administration program.
