College of Fine Arts Student Travel Grants

Published January 17, 2023

The Florida State University College of Fine Arts offers Classroom to Career Grants for the 2022-23 academic year. These grants provide funding for CFA student travel in support of experiential learning and career preparation.

These grants celebrate the amazing contributions our students make to research, projects and the arts community world-wide. They are designed to help offset some of the out-of-pocket costs and make experiences like international study, experiential learning and internships more accessible for our students.

All full-time enrolled College of Fine Arts majors are eligible to apply.  In order to be considered for an award, your travel dates must take place between 8/22/2022 through 8/05/2023.  Any travel outside of those dates will not be considered.  Funds are awarded as a scholarship through the FS4U system.

All College of Fine Arts Classroom to Career Grant award recipients may be asked to present a summary of their trip experience and/or presentation materials, upon their return, to College of Fine Arts faculty, staff, and students to create a stronger learning community.  The College of Fine Arts encourages travel when such travel will benefit the College or the University. The amount of travel is, of course, limited by the funds available.
